Scheduling Posts
When composing a post, click the clock icon next to the Post button. Pick a date and time (your local timezone), then click Schedule. The post will publish automatically at the chosen time.
Scheduled posts appear in your Drafts & Scheduled tab with a countdown timer.
Managing Drafts
If you are not ready to post or schedule, click Save Draft instead. Drafts are stored indefinitely and can be edited anytime from the Drafts & Scheduled tab.
- Edit a draft by clicking it and making changes
- Convert a draft to a scheduled post by adding a publish time
- Delete a draft by clicking the trash icon: this is permanent
Best Practices
- Consistent timing: post at the same times each week so members know when to check in
- Batch content: write several posts in one session and schedule them across the week
- Time zones: if your group has international members, schedule during overlapping active hours (usually late morning UTC)
- Avoid flooding: space scheduled posts at least 2 hours apart so the feed does not feel spammy
