Acknowledgment
Confirmation within 24 hours. In-app reports are acknowledged immediately.
Investigation
Trust & Safety reviews the content — context, intent, policy evaluation. Emergency reports (child safety, violence, self-harm) jump the queue.
Resolution
You get notified of the outcome. Standard reports: 72 hours. Emergency reports: 24 hours. Enforcement happens as needed.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.
Dyva+ is not an emergency service. Someone at risk of harm? Call emergency services first. Then report to us.
Parent or guardian with a concern? Email [email protected] with subject line "Parent Safety Report."

You do not need to give your name or email. Anonymous reports are fine. But contact info lets us follow up with you and ask clarifying questions.
In-app reports are tied to your account by default. For anonymous reporting, use the form below or email [email protected] from any email.
