How do I archive a conversation?
How to Archive
Right-click (or long-press on mobile) any conversation thread and select Archive. The thread moves from your main inbox to the Archived tab, keeping your inbox clean without deleting anything.
Viewing Archived Conversations
Open the Archived tab in your Messages page to see all archived threads. You can read, search, and interact with archived conversations the same way as active ones.
Auto-Unarchive
If the other person sends a new message to an archived thread, it automatically moves back to your main inbox and triggers notifications as usual. This ensures you never miss new activity in a conversation you archived.
Manual Unarchive
To manually restore a thread, go to the Archived tab, right-click the conversation, and select Unarchive. It returns to your main inbox immediately.
Archiving is non-destructive — no messages are deleted. If you want to permanently remove a conversation, use Delete Conversation instead.
