All Dyva data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundant storage across multiple availability zones for reliability.
Encryption Standards
In transit: All data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS) between your device and our servers. This includes text messages, voice streams, file uploads, and API calls.
At rest: Stored data is encrypted with AES-256, an industry-standard encryption algorithm used by financial institutions and government agencies.
Backups: Encrypted backups are retained for 30 days for disaster recovery purposes. Backups follow the same encryption standards as primary storage.
Infrastructure Security
Our servers are hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers with physical access controls, 24/7 monitoring, and automated intrusion detection.
If you have specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2 reports, DPA requests), contact our security team.
