What are Stream analytics?
Metrics Available
After a stream ends, you can view detailed analytics from your profile's Streams tab. Click any past stream to see:
- Peak viewers — the highest number of concurrent viewers
- Total unique viewers — how many different users watched
- Average watch time — how long viewers stayed on average
- Chat activity — total messages, prompts submitted, and reactions
- Viewer sources — how viewers found your stream (Discover page, direct link, profile)
- Engagement rate — percentage of viewers who actively participated in chat
Accessing Analytics
Analytics are available immediately after a stream ends. Go to Profile → Streams and click the Analytics button on any past stream. Data is retained for as long as the recording exists (30 days).
Using Data
Use analytics to improve future streams:
- Schedule streams when viewership peaks — check which times attracted the most viewers
- Identify popular topics — look at which prompts got the most engagement
- Optimize duration — if average watch time drops after a certain point, consider shorter streams
- Track growth — compare viewer counts across streams to measure audience growth
Creator plan users also see stream analytics aggregated in Studio → Analytics alongside character and marketplace data.
