Commercial Rights
Both Pro ($30/mo) and Creator ($50/mo) plans include full commercial use rights for the API. You can build and sell products, services, and integrations powered by Dyva's API.
What You Can Build
- SaaS products that embed AI characters into your platform
- Mobile apps that use Dyva characters as conversational interfaces
- Customer support bots powered by your custom characters and knowledge bases
- Educational tools with AI tutors
- Entertainment products with interactive characters
- Internal business tools with AI assistants
What You Need to Know
- Attribution is not required: you do not need to display "Powered by Dyva" unless you want to
- White-label is permitted: your users do not need to know Dyva is the backend
- Reselling API access directly is prohibited: you must build a product or service on top of the API, not resell raw API calls
- Content policies still apply: characters and conversations created via API must comply with the same Terms of Service as the web platform
