How do I update my payment method?
Accessing the Billing Portal
Go to Settings, select the Billing tab, and click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage all billing details.
What You Can Do
From the Stripe portal, you can:
- Update your credit or debit card — add a new card and set it as default
- Remove old payment methods — delete cards you no longer use
- View invoice history — see and download PDF invoices for every charge
- Update billing address — change the address associated with your payment method
When to Update
Update your payment method if:
- Your card is expiring soon
- You received a new card number from your bank
- A payment failed and you need to add a working card
- You want to switch from one card to another
Changes take effect immediately. Your next billing cycle will charge the updated payment method.
Note If a payment has already failed and your account was downgraded, updating your payment method in the Stripe portal will trigger an automatic retry. Once the payment succeeds, your paid features are restored immediately.
