When you sign up, we collect your email address, username, and authentication credentials (password hash or OAuth token). If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe handles payment processing — we never store full card numbers.
Conversation Data
All text messages exchanged between you and characters are stored to provide memory and continuity. This data is encrypted at rest and never used for model training.
Voice Data
Voice audio is processed in real-time for speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Raw audio is not stored persistently after the session ends. Voice clone samples (uploaded by creators) are stored for as long as the character exists.
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data including session duration, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics. This helps us improve the platform and diagnose issues.
Device Information
Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address are logged for security (fraud detection, abuse prevention) and to optimize the experience for your device.
