Is someone in immediate danger?
Call 911 in the US or your local emergency number first. Dyva is not an emergency service.

Immediate danger and crisis support
Contact emergency services before filing a Dyva report when someone may be harmed. These US resources can provide immediate support.

What happens next
Every report enters the same human review process. We do not publish response-time promises that the service cannot verify.
- Step 1
Acknowledgment
In-app reports are acknowledged immediately. Reports sent by email are read by a person, not a queue.
- Step 2
Investigation
Trust & Safety reviews the content, context, intent, and relevant policy. Emergency reports involving child safety, violence, or self-harm are prioritized.
- Step 3
Resolution
You are notified after Trust & Safety reaches a decision. Enforcement follows when the review identifies a violation.
For parents and guardians
You do not need a Dyva account. Use the form above or email [email protected] with the subject “Parent Safety Report.” Include only the context needed for us to investigate.
