Dyva works in any modern mobile browser with full feature parity. The recommended browsers are:
- Chrome on Android — best overall experience
- Safari on iOS — full support including voice chat
- Firefox on Android — fully supported
The web app is responsive and adapts to all screen sizes. Everything you can do on desktop — text chat, voice chat, character creation, settings, marketplace browsing — works on mobile.
Voice Chat on Mobile
Voice conversations work on mobile browsers. A few tips for the best experience:
- Use headphones — prevents echo feedback between your speaker and microphone
- Grant microphone permissions — your browser will prompt you the first time
- Stay on WiFi — voice streaming needs stable bandwidth; cellular data can introduce latency
- Safari on iOS — works but has occasional microphone quirks. If voice drops, refresh the page
Native Apps
Dedicated iOS and Android apps are currently in development. No release date has been announced yet. In the meantime, you can add Dyva to your home screen for an app-like experience:
- iOS Safari: tap the share icon and select Add to Home Screen
- Android Chrome: tap the three-dot menu and select Add to Home Screen
The home screen shortcut launches Dyva in a full-screen browser window without the address bar, giving it a native app feel.
