Requesting an Export
Go to Settings, select the Privacy tab, and click Export Data. We will compile everything into a downloadable package and email you when it is ready.
What Is Included
Your data export contains:
- Profile information: username, email, avatar, bio, and account settings
- Characters: all personality instructions, greetings, knowledge base documents, and configuration
- Conversations: full message history for every conversation
- Memories: all stored facts, preferences, and relationship data the AI has learned about you
- Marketplace data: publishing history, ratings, and revenue records (Creator plan)
The export is delivered as a structured JSON file. Uploaded files like avatars and voice samples are included as download links.
Processing Time
Most exports are ready within a few minutes. Larger accounts with extensive conversation histories may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email at your registered address with a secure download link when the export is complete.
