How do I export my data?
Requesting an Export
Go to Settings, select the Privacy tab, and click Export Data. We will compile everything into a downloadable package and email you when it is ready.
What Is Included
Your data export contains:
- Profile information — username, email, avatar, bio, and account settings
- Characters — all personality instructions, greetings, knowledge base documents, and configuration
- Conversations — full message history for every conversation
- Memories — all stored facts, preferences, and relationship data the AI has learned about you
- Marketplace data — publishing history, ratings, and revenue records (Creator plan)
The export is delivered as a structured JSON file. Uploaded files like avatars and voice samples are included as download links.
Processing Time
Most exports are ready within a few minutes. Larger accounts with extensive conversation histories may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email at your registered address with a secure download link when the export is complete.
This feature exists to comply with GDPR Article 20 (right to data portability) and CCPA requirements. You can request an export at any time, as often as you need.
