How do I verify my email?
Verification Process
When you create an account, we send a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click the Verify Email button. That is all it takes.
Did Not Receive the Email?
A few things to check:
- Check your spam or junk folder — the email comes from
[email protected]
- Check for typos — make sure you entered the correct email address during signup
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can take up to 5 minutes depending on your email provider
- Resend it — go to Settings, select the Profile tab, and click Resend Verification
Why Verification Matters
An unverified email means:
- You cannot reset your password if you forget it
- You will not receive important account notifications
- Some features like marketplace publishing and payouts require a verified email
Tip If you signed up with Google or Discord, your email is automatically verified since those providers already confirmed your address.
