- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
After the 7-Day Window
Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated case by case. Common situations where we may still issue a refund:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented you from using paid features
- Billing errors on our end
What Happens to Your Account
If a refund is issued, your account is downgraded to the Free plan immediately. Your characters, conversations, and data remain intact — you simply lose access to paid features.
