Can I rate and review characters?
Leaving a Rating
After chatting with any marketplace character, a rating prompt appears. Rate the character 1-5 stars based on your experience. Star ratings are averaged across all users and displayed on the character's public listing.
Writing a Review
Optionally, add a written review alongside your star rating. Good reviews describe what you liked or disliked about the character's personality, knowledge, and conversation quality. Reviews are public and visible to anyone browsing the listing.
Review Guidelines
- One review per user per character
- You can edit or delete your review at any time from the character's page
- Reviews that contain harassment, spam, or irrelevant content will be removed
- Creators cannot delete user reviews, but they can report reviews that violate guidelines
How Ratings Affect Discovery
Higher-rated characters rank better in search results and are more likely to appear in curated collections like Top Rated and Staff Picks. Ratings directly influence the Trending algorithm.
If you had a negative experience that involves safety concerns, use the Report button instead of (or in addition to) leaving a review.
