Essential cookies — required for the platform to function. These handle authentication, session management, and security. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — help us understand how users interact with the platform (page views, feature usage, session duration). These are anonymized and never contain conversation content.
Preference cookies — remember your settings like theme (light/dark), language, and layout choices across sessions.
Marketing cookies — used for measuring the effectiveness of our outreach. Dyva does not sell advertising, but we may use these to track referral campaigns.
Managing Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences. A cookie consent banner also appears on your first visit, allowing you to accept all, reject non-essential, or customize your choices. To update preferences later:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences
Toggle each cookie category on or off (except Essential, which is always on)
Click Save — changes take effect immediately
You can also clear existing cookies from your browser settings. Note that clearing essential cookies will log you out.
Impact on Experience
Disabling optional cookies has minimal impact on core functionality:
Analytics off — no impact on your experience; we simply collect less usage data
Preference off — your theme and layout settings may reset between sessions
Marketing off — no impact on your experience; referral tracking is disabled
For full details on cookies and tracking technologies we use, see our Privacy Policy. If you have questions about cookies or data collection, contact the privacy team.
