Safety — no content that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or exploitation
Impersonation — no characters pretending to be real people without clear satire/parody labeling
Quality — personality instructions must be substantive (not blank or minimal), and the greeting message must be functional
Metadata accuracy — category, tags, and content rating must match the actual character behavior
Timeline
Most submissions are reviewed within 48 hours. Complex cases (e.g., borderline content ratings, parody characters) may take an extra day.
Approval & Rejection
If approved, your character goes live immediately on the marketplace. If rejected, you receive an email with specific feedback explaining what needs to change. You can edit and resubmit as many times as needed — there is no penalty for resubmission.
Appeals can be submitted through Contact support. Include your character name and the rejection reason you received.
